Please read the following paragraphs carefully before orderingGENERAL
Commissions are only processed via a google form or vgen.
Commissions are all digital goods; no physical item will be sent.
You will receive your commission as a hi-res png file. Source files such as .psd and .clip will NOT be provided.Commissions are for personal use. AI training, Machine learning, NFT are strictly prohibited.For commercial use, please contact me beforehand. Commissions for commercial purposes must be subject to negotiation of commercial rights. The extent and fees of these commercial rights must be defined and negotiated before Start of Work. Commercial use includes any income-generating activity such as goods sold for profits, streaming, promotional campaigns, etc.You are free and welcomed to :
• share your commissioned piece on your social media, personal website, etc, with due credits
• use it as your wallpaper, icons, banner with due credits
• print it on any medium for your personal use (poster, t-shirt, mouse pads, etc).I may share the artwork on my social media. If you wish to keep it private, please notify me when ordering.CONTENT
I’m ok with pretty much anything including furry and erotica (for pin-up illustration only).I won’t draw real people, mecha, porn, gore, monsters and hateful content.I retain the right to refuse a commission for any other reason.CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
You MUST provide VISUALS references of the characters. Otherwise, it will be considered as design work and priced accordingly. .
If you are interested in design work, please contact me beforehand.Client is required to communicate in a timely fashion. I cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to communication delays on the Client's side.PAYMENT
Prices are in EUROS.Payment is invoiced through Paypal.Payment is required before I start working on your commission. Payment in instalments is available on request, provided it is discussed before Start of Work. In this case, you will receive your Commission once the full amount has been paid.CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS
Full refund will be made if the Client cancels their commission before Start of Work.
If you wish to cancel your commission, please contact me as soon as possible.
No refunds are possible once the commission is started.Full refund will be issued in the event that the I am unable to complete the work due to sudden unavailability or emergency.REVISIONS
Commission process includes three revisions steps. At the revision step, I will provide an up-to-date overview of the work in progress. You are then required to notify me of any necessary changes.Number of revisions per step is up to 3. Further revision will result in an additional fee of 50€. Only minor changes are allowed on the completed artwork.Any major alteration communicated late in the process will result in an additional charge of 80% of the base price. All revisions related to anatomy, expressions, hair, volumes and proportions are concerned by this clause. Late in the process is understood to mean verification after coloring, as well as after final delivery.The Client is free to request an additional revision step.Revisions due to my negligence are free of charge.ADDITIONNAL FEES
A complex design will require an additional 50% of the price. The evaluation of the level of complexity is left to my discretion.
If you have a specific deadline, please mention it in the form. Keep in mind that delays equal to or less than two weeks will result in an additional charge of 50% of the total price.
